Getting Started with Rooms
Rooms is designed to provide a seamless, secure, and customizable video conferencing experience. With just a few simple steps, you can set up and host secure meetings that ensure the privacy of your communications, whether you’re connecting with colleagues, clients, or partners across the globe.
1. Sign Up and Get Your Private Rooms Instance
After signing up, you’ll receive your own secure rooms instance under the domain XYZ.rooms.chat. This instance is your gateway to creating and managing meetings effortlessly.
2. Join or Create a Room with Ease
Simply type the name of the room you want to join (e.g., “All-Team”) in your instance. If the room doesn’t exist yet, Rooms will automatically create it for you. You can always revisit the same room later by typing the same name, making it a perfect virtual space for recurring meetings or casual chats.
3. Invite Others Instantly
